A 3% Sales tax applies to all reservations. We gladly pay a 20% booking fee to qualified booking agencies. A deposit of 1/2 of total reservation cost due at time of reservation. Remaining balance due 14 days prior to arrival to cabin. Check-in time: 4pm Check-out time : 10am Cancellation policy: If canceled 14+ days prior to arrival, a full refund will be given less a $100.00 processing fee. If canceled within 14 days of arrival, your deposit will be considered forfeited. *Rates vary according to length of stay, number of guests, and dates chosen. B&B rates include daily continental breakfast. Vacation rentals include private kitchen and maid service at end of stay only.
